Bring it on....

It's not ideal though, as it's the first port of call for away fans, it doesn't reflect on us well.
Well I don’t think they were planning to send us roses either way.

Most supporters of any club are surely normal folks. The enmity is a performance that is happening whatever you think of the blokes on some forum.

If you went on VillaTalk you'd say it's full of loons. I'd imagine it's the case for every clubs busiest forum, Twitter being similar. Someone put a link to Grand Old Team earlier in the season that was completely delusional

Relatively calm about this one. The BCD as is we know it is dead anyway, Wolves are just another bankrolled PL team with players on their bench that are currently worth more than our club.

Losing to their team of experienced PL players and internationals brought together by one of the shadiest figures in the modern game won't detract from thirty years of taking the urine; 11 point choke, double relegation, South Bank 'pie and pint', the 5-1, Hayward's millions, three wins in twenty years. Their current team comfortably rolling us over in a competition we're never going to win pales into insignificance compared to what we've had over them.

There is nothing to fear in defeat and everything to gain in victory
Fuck off you complete inbred spunk bucket

Must admit to wandering onto GOT recently and the thread about the 10pt deduction is remarkable. The vast majority of them can't accept their owner has done what he has done. Complete denial and the actual report and its contents seem to pass them by. The thread in regard to Liverpool is also remarkable. A real study into the depths one's mind can sink to if you convince yourself everything about someone or something is evil.

I think the most delusional forum I have seen is OTIB. Bristol City fans really believe their team should be in the top flight

The Bear Pit.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum or villainy.

It is by far and away the busiest Wolves forum, so I guess you could say it's the most representative. This place isn't and in the main I think that's a good thing. Still a couple of people on here who I believe regularly post there still so they'd be able to give a better view than me.
I go on there occasionally for a different perspective. Tbh there some decent posters on there, there are some absolute numbskulls too. More posters = more of every type.
The worst thing about it is a lot of them seem to have to start a new thread about every thought they have and no-one reads back posts so stuff just he's repeated all the time.

I wasn't aware that The Bear had his own site and just moonlighted here...

It's a bizarre site these days. No conversation whatsoever. It's like people just wander up to an open mic, shout out what they think without reading anything, then move away. Never seen a forum like it.

Load of fucking nonsense, as per.

Reams of academic work had been penned on the subject, she said, with some experts suggesting Wolverhampton has to be in the Black Country due to the way its residents speak.

"In the 1980s there was a chap called Anderson who wrote a huge paper and at the end of it said: 'Look, the Black Country is wherever the dialect is spoken. That's it. The end'.

I don't speak like that but I'm quite obviously from the Black Country.

There is no 'definitive' Black Country dialect.
Mate, I don't claim to have any of it :D I had to tell my wonderful partner in advance that my Dad and my brother (both very broad Black Country) are actually related to me. No-one would ever guess where I am from based on my accent.

But I grew up on what used to be a coal mine, if that's not Black Country I don't know what is.

There is a Black Country dialect, in fact it's very much it's own language.

We used to go to the old Black Country nights out years ago, big pub on the Penn Road just before Kiddy.

Aynuck, and Ayli, along with the a black country poet and a comedian.

I used to have to interpret for my Ex Wife.
I could speak it, but Rarely did as even in those days it was a dying out Language, I would love to know if anyone still talks in that Dialect.

It is actually reported by Historians to be the closest language to Old English.

Ow bist thee
Bay to bah
Ah bist gooin

I still speak some of the phrases in the bar when I get Black Country customersa

Much to my Sweaty wife's chagrin since leaving Scotland I very much use Yam, Yow etc
