Not our worst performance of the season and under normal circumstances you'd say a reasonable result but while we are performing under a point per game these draws aren't much good to us

We are what we are, ay? A group of players who generally aren't as good as they think they are, are past their prime, or are surrounded by that aforementioned mediocrity.

That collective mediocrity is being managed by men who haven't a clue as how to squeeze blood out of the rock, so like a rock, we're doing nothing but sinking.

Very little joy in the club right now.

Am taking that. People wanting to be entertained and wanting vanity football over winning got us into this mess, and ugly points might be needed. Concerns yes but we haven't lost.

We would have lost if Brentford weren't appallingly bad.

It's almost as if pinning our hopes on an old man with history of bad tempered flair ups who's basically been retired for a few years was destined to end in no goals and a red card

We're shit, compared to shit teams. Our goals have basically all been wonder goals or scuffs. We've got overpromoted PE Teachers from DoF alllllll the way down to the academy.

Our CEO is a clueless prick.

We're a team full of ponces who are more interested in filling their YouTube skills compilation videos than actually affecting football matches.

We're going down.

Encouraged that we were pushing for a winner at the end, but one point isn’t enough. We have to start winning games.

Costa idiotic and now we’re stuck with Hwang up top for three games.

In truth, it was a pretty abysmal game of football, with an abysmal referee in charge.

I'd have taken a point before kick off.

First half was grim from both teams. Second half we were the better of the two, but not by a huge amount.

Sa: Nowt to do really, no chance on the goal
Semedo: Harsh booking on 40 seconds! Particularly when you see what Dogger Madley let go afterwards. Did ok
Collins: Much better, got most things right
Kilman: Awful on the goal, if we had another viable CH he wouldn't be playing
Bueno: Lets crosses come in a bit easily at times but he looks far from overawed or out of his depth. Love the way he carries the ball and a good crosser too
Neves: Excellent as usual and a brilliant strike
Bouba: He's a bit rough around the edges but we need his energy and snap. Did pretty well I thought
Nunes: Crap, again. I'm not sure what he's supposed to be doing? Probably won't see him until after Christmas now
Adama: Did nowt of note, he doesn't seem to beat defenders very much any more
Podence: Would you like me to review every Daniel Podence performance ever? Probably not, so best just to say he was Daniel Podence
Costa: 8 touches first half. Much better second half and then he acts the moron. Inexcusable
-----------------------------------
Moutinho: Did more in one second than Nunes did in 40 minutes
Guedes: Shite, fuck off you absolute spoofer

At least we got something. Little acorns.

Yep. Improvement on last week (albeit that's as much because Brentford have nowhere near the attacking threat of Leicester) but still needs a lot more if we're to get out of this.

I don't know. I'd been thinking Moutinho as the 10 might work as a short term fix - he still has an eye for a pass and it would save us from asking him to put an actual CM shift in. Was a half baked idea at best yet now it wouldn't surprise me if we go in that direction as Nunes is just a complete nothing at the moment.

We're dangerously close to a 1 man team at the moment, Neves the pick again. Having said that B Traore did well after a bit of a shaky first half and Bueno was bright and direct down the left. Thought Collins had one of his better games as well, brainfart where he was 3 yards deeper than everyone else aside.

Need more from the rest though, much more.

Lg2 coaches put out Lg2 tactics.

Our players are much better than the shit they're being asked to do.

In fact Dean Smith wouldn't serve up the shit we're currently watching and he's genuine rubbish.

Long ball, horseshoe of doom bollocks that Lage served up for his last 6 months.

What a complete waste of Nunes in a deep lying forward role and a pathetic pace of play.

Kilman looks a shadow of the player he had become and Semedo looks like he can't be arsed.

B. Traore looked ok, got about the pitch well and kept it simple second half. I like the look of him and Bueno.

I currently loathe our management and owners and want then all gone as soon as possible. They are killing this club.

You have to hope any point now is a point we have extra before we get a decent manager. I appreciate that's a triumph of hope over expectation

I don't think we need to be playing 3 central midfielders when we have Traore and Neves in there together, they have enough mobility to get around and press. I'd be tempted to play Hwang as a second striker rather than shoehorn Moutinho in to play as a 10.

Collins and Neves were both excellent today.

I'm hoping that league one games have better coverage nowadays

I was against him coming on but thought he did very well as a traditional 10.

Might be a good option behind Hwang

Oh, and Davis showing us that he’s a league 2 manager at best again. In his first game in charge he made an early triple substitution and completely killed us.

Today he leaves 34 year old Diego Costa on the pitch for 97 minutes, who in turn gets himself sent off. We’d probably just about accept him being an idiot if he was scoring a few goals too, but he hasn’t.

We’re literally throwing points and games away by not recruiting a capable manager.

Back to back relegations again then?
No wonder people don't post on here with that level of negativity 😉

That's on Costa, not Davis.

Yes the situation is unacceptable but you can't blame him for someone behaving like that.
