Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

That was atrocious.

I genuinely hate this man.

Had to turn that off. Cannot listen to him spend 5 minutes sounding like a posh version of Adrian Chiles to answer a simple question

He didn't even answer most of them though, if any. When your opening two words in answer to any question are "Err... Err..." it's pretty fucking obvious you haven't got a clue. Utter fucking moron.

I see Gove was testing his eyesight. Wise considering the rumours about what happens to your eyesight when wanking.

Congratulations Jacob Rees Mogg on disenfranchisement of half of the house during a pandemic. Essentially the half that you don’t like. Fucking disgraceful.

What's he done? (Apart from being JRM and an uncaring, elitist scumbag)

I don't understand how he has got away with it, it defies all logic, the cost, the democracy, the health implications, the amount of additional time it will take, yet they are doing it anyway? In his role what he says goes?

Taking back control....

No doubt a warning of being booted out if you go against what Boris wants.

You now have the daft situation of Scottish MP's having to travel down just to vote and then head straight back. Brilliant, especially as they have a system in place that is working for voting (alhough the Chancellor somehow managed to vote against the Government the other week as he pressed the wrong button)

Nothing to do with him or the persuasiveness of his argument (of which there was none).

All these new Tory MPs were parachuted in to agree with whatever the Government want to do. They don't believe in anything, they're Brexit drones and about as intelligent and independent as you would imagine. You won't get rebellions and their majority is too big for the few with a conscience to wipe out.

Isn't no.4 false?

Those additional deaths didn't all happen yesterday.

Its the way they tried to hide it. Gave the figure of 111 then then total figure which was 450 odd out.

. Guess they thought being fully open with the figure would terrify people.

They should have announced it, would've been very easy to do without any great alarm by announcing the number for the previous 24 hours and then appending the amendment that was spread across a much greater period.

Responses to it like those posted above just fan the flames though, making out like it's the worst day for deaths in over a month, trying to link it to the relaxation of lockdown too. There's enough genuine fuck ups to go at without having to misconstrue things to create extra ammunition.

I agree, he let himself down with that one.

1 out of 52 isn't bad though.

3 is poorly worded too, those deaths reported were for the 24 hours previous to the relaxing of lockdown but they were reported the day of the relaxation. Read it in the way that's true and it's not really a story, read it in the controversial way and it's false.

He announced that those shielding could continue to vote. Did I dream about what happened yesterday?
