Last time I popped over I went to fordhouses fish bar on the Stafford Road Late Sunday night just before closing, asked for a Balti pie, chips, curry sauce and a can of vimto Got £10 out of the wallet. Lady said £10.20. I was a bit surprised tbh but I'd rather have that over a maccies for sure!

I've been on the treadmill for the past 6 months, just understand treadmill v road is somewhat different

Just signed up for my 1st ever 5k next Friday at 5.30pm Will be running with the wife and 2 kids I know 5k isn't very far at all and at 49 years old, it'll be the 1st run in a very long time.... Any tips from those that do this regularly?
