I'd try to fix 2 positions, maybe 3 at most. This window should hopefully be more about addition by subtraction. Hopefully there are suitors but nothing I've seen from the ones we want rid of could be indicative of that.
Have we ever played Danger Dave up top? If he's going to lack creativity from every spot on the pitch and still somehow nick goals, is it worth just trialing it for a match?
He went wrong in taking the Blackburn job.
His CV isn't too bad. Back-to-back promotions with Norwich. An FA Cup final and a League Cup semi with Aston Villa and 3 successive survivals with a volatile dressing room. Lerner was well into his financial pull-out at that time.
He's not the most...
Zenga Sacked.
You thinking Mexican? Miguel Herrera? Spectacular CV including a Gold Cup win and qualification to the WC knockouts. And his celebrations are second to none.

I hope Edwards can pacify us for a while. Shouldn't be too hard to improve on Walt's results.
Some of us are guilty of just wanting our new toy. No sense in rushing it and potentially getting it wrong again. Might even be sensible to wait and see who else comes available in the coming weeks...
Also, I'd be a miserable failure of a manager. My tactic of flipping the squad in one transfer window a la FIFA would blow up in my face.
God, somebody competent come help us.
What future does Rob truly have with us? I'd go full scape-goat and start as many new guys as the desired formation would allow. If there's a holdover with less than 12 months left on their contract, they wouldn't even sniff the bench again.
