I subscribed to the games but it kept comin up with error and I lost around half an hour. I then found another way of getting in, which was presumably a little while after they made it free. Not too pleased but will accept it if its a one off. Better be ok for Tuesday night :angry-smiley-034:
Only just noticed this thread only stuck to Wolves in the past. Excellent stage for Froome today, he seems in full control. Think his biggest will come from Bardet now.
Just wondering if the "gerrit forward" brigade will soon lose patience with this style. You can see that Baath is always bursting to boot it up the pitch. Impressed with Douglas and Norris seems very calm and unflappable.
I remember it well. Alun Evans who we had sold to them for £100,000 at the time. I think a record for a teenager then came back and scored 2. Perhaps this started the story of players we sold always scoring against us
Hadn't thought about the Leicester match TBH but might do it. It would be a great chance to bore Deutsch silly with all our reminiscences about the 70's Team. I will let you know if I am going to come.:icon_lol:
Yes I certainly would love to Paddy. I believe you often congregate in the Western prematch. The only problem with that is that I have to walk with the aid of a stick but if you are in there early enough I would love to meet. I would have to leave early though as I would be very slow walking...
All this excitement has made me commit to my first season ticket in 15 years Lived in Greece for 10 years and have had serious health problems since but seem to be Ok now. Can't wait :smarmy:
Dreadful news. Whatever we may or may not think of his qualities of a goalkeeper mean nothing compared to this. At least it has been diagnosed quickly. Hopefully that early diagnosis will give him a fighting chance of making a full recovery. Be strong and keep fighting Carl.
I do 9 years old at the time actually went to the 1960 FA Cup final.
My first game was at the final game Billy Wright ever played a pre-season game Whites v Reds immediately before the start of the 59-60 season I think although I had been to a few reserve games before then.
