I don't mind everyone being a suspect after my missus pointed out that this is how it must seem to the investigating police, (and if it's good enough for Agatha Christie...) I just wish they weren't all so hammy about it.
And more... this totally sensitive rape case, that no-one must get...
Yeah, definitely a return to form. Getting a bit annoyed with every potential suspect looking so damn shifty, though. They all might as well have a waxed moustache that they twiddle while laughing maniacally.
Cyber, I'm struggling to understand why you're not at least as angry about tax fraudsters, who cost the public purse so much more? Is it because they're not so apparently visible? I say apparently because you've offered no evidence that the characters in your anecdote were doing anything but...

To balance it out, there are good arguments to say that the grey army are also an economic and social benefit to the country so I'll refrain from suggesting that anyone over the age of 65 should be put on a massive bonfire.
Isn't the rising cost of health provision as much down to an ageing population as pure numbers? As has been pointed out, immigrants are generally young and healthy (and often very good-looking but that's a side issue) - it's the old duffers you need to be focusing your fire on.
I'm not a mod and it's none of my business, but I just had a quick scoot through the last few pages and the only "abuse" I can see is someone getting called a "melon". If you're upset by someone else being called a melon on the internet, I wonder how you get through the day. The rest just seems...
We've been watching this for a few days. Up to episode 6 I think. Good fun, and all the characters are great. A bit like Desperate Housewives with added cannibalism so not one of the all-time greats, but entertaining enough and some really laugh-out-loud moments.
Yeah, you can imagine it all getting a bit bloody and silly by the end. I'd say it'd be better concentrating on the psychological aspects but I'm sure lots of people will have been bumped off by the end of episode 3.
Bit annoyed to see that the next series of The Trip is on Sky Atlantic.
Perhaps because the people in charge of investing that money don't believe in the value of public services and haven't invested it with a view to their continued existence...
OK, in that case, I suggest policy is decided entirely by the most intelligent horses we can find. Horses wouldn't be driven by the same selfish human impulses as the rest of us and could probably be relied upon to give a balanced view. I know this isn't a perfect idea but the status quo isn't...
A couple of good things on last night.
The Replacement - psychological drama about a woman who's about to go on maternity leave and basically has her whole life stolen by her replacement (Vicky McClure being evil). Or is it the pregnant woman the mental one?
Catastrophe - still really funny...
Yeah, it was a good year. All of these still get a fairly regular listen:
Foo Fighters – The Colour and the Shape
Spiritualized – Ladies and Gentlemen, We Are Floating in Space
Blur – Blur
Pavement – Brighten the Corners
The Dandy Warhols – The Dandy Warhols Come Down
Grandaddy – Under the...
