A good trade agreement with the US would strengthen our position with the EU, even the possibility of one should have Merkel and co worried. The NHS however is my biggest worry with current politics, joking aside I do believe some things should be ran by socialism rather than capitalism, both...
Farage didn't defend her view I think its important to state that, he said he wouldn't take a position on it as it is her religious right. The discussion then revolved around the fact that Nige mentioned muslims and how much of an idiot he is for doing so.
Back to the reasons behind my point...
Thanks for the link SLA, I have watched it and its a really really difficult one. We have to be careful that we don't censor speech, it's dangerous to do that after all who decides who and what is censored? Sure I could see a case for jumping all over someone for saying gayness is wrong or an...
I would suggest watching the whole interview the Guardian have (as expected) only put the parts in that suit their narrative.
Nige (man of the people [emoji12]) called for personal tolerance initially for Christians, then all religious groups and they only stopped hounding him on it when he...
Quite possible.
Planes, cars, engines... Pretty much anything that involves a metallic part. Even replacement hips and products for the Pharma industry.
Everything I read prior to the 2016 vote pointed to exactly the opposite of what is happening now, your summary could well answer part of...
It is probably larger than you think but I accept a niche of it. A machine tool makes parts, Makak make the machine tools that make parts mostly for the aerospace and automotive markets. People are buying machine tools at record highs that have continued to increase despite Brexit.
More machine...
Never a lost cause I will read all the links you kindly posted. I had only briefly scanned as we talked. I won't promise anything but this type of talk is way more likely to convert that the hateful bile I read elsewhere.

No deal is the fantasy everyone knows won't happen. We will operate with the EU in the bargaining arena to find common ground. The pressure comes on walk away points from both sides, which is where the real concessions start.
I find that aspect of it fascinating.

I work in extraction mostly but get involved in all sorts. Yes there is that possibility I could lose my job but I believe in myself and have never been short of job offers due to my results.
I am still left leaning on many issues and would hate to see people suffer but if the end result is...
It's not that simple though is it. If you don't buy a round it's no biggie but if we don't have agreements for movements of parts in JIT companies and set tariffs things are going to go south quickly. Interestingly some of those companies including JLR have further committed to continued...
Point is they are investing in the UK and they plan to continue to do so. The Japanese are more anal than anyone and have more faith than most. The machine tool industry is quite complicated as I'm sure you appreciate but for me it was surprisingly positive towards Brexit.

No it's a point of negotiation, you take that away and we are helpless. No deal damages both UK and EU neither wants that but you have to make it clear that we are leaving without a full agreement to get the best from it.
I negotiate with major corporations, good god I would have loathed May's...
OK but in that sense we could be. I see where you are going with it as its a huge risk. It relies on us using our money wisely.
But take the EU, we won't leave fully on WTO terms it will never happen. We will have part of an agreement by that pointat the least.
It all makes my head hurt.

I can't as I've already said but I would be quite upset by being branded a liar on this point. I shouldn't have shared who this was by as it was a closed meeting.
I work in the core of manufacturing I. This country and I can tell you this manufacturing is tamping up not down.
All the key...
Why would you start a business when most fail in the first 2 years? Low risk low reward.....larger risk larger reward. This is why I worry this is more of a socialist/globalist debate
Driven by tribalism.

No he said for the full understanding it could take 50 years or more. I've also heard him challenged in this point and I agree with him on this. I've seen forecasts of major improvements within 5 years. Not saying there won't be hardship in the interim but it's not quite the same as 50 years...
But how I just see big fancy words like bollocks to Brexit, it won't work etc..... My sole line of work is to negotiate and Buy things in and out of the EU and I am not seeing the same concerns outside our media. I have my own worries as the company I work for is EU based but I also appreciate...
And as for referring to him as Moggy why not? I hold no affection for him at all. Similar with Bojo but I must admit I reckon he would be a great laugh on a heavy night out but as a politician I'm very sceptical.
