    The Summer 2024 Transfer Thread.

If there are players out there who can make a similar or greater impact for less than £20m we should just sign them and keep Hwang. The guy has his limitations but no way should we be accepting that sort of bid for him.

Agreed, it is one that goes either way, thats the issue though isn't it. only ever seems to go one way.

    Wolves 0-1 Bournemouth: Verdict Thread

The first 60 minutes were about as bad as it gets at this level. Shite! We improved a fair bit after the subs and I do quite like the look of Chirewa, but I'm reaching really. Bournemouth thoroughly deserved their win in the end, then out of nowhere it turns into the VAR show. Roll on the summer.

Wolves 1-2 West Ham: Verdict Thread

it just gets to the point where you are sick to the back teeth of been on the wrong side of this sort of shite. Start of the season was derailed by it, now this, in a game we needed to win and absolutely couldn't loose. as i said in the game thread, fuck off, just fuck off.

Aston Villa 2-0 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Well that's jolly good of you. When we have something that resembles a passable front line for a premier league side we pick up points and score goals. We had a kid up front today that I don't actually remember the ball being passed to...not once...we have Sarabia who im pretty sure id beat...

Semedo has been good this season, but he's been unplayable so far today. The player we probably thought we were signing.

sums it up really. Strange game, i'm going to do something else and forget about it.

    Newcastle (A) 2/3: Build-Up & Match Thread

I was thinking to myself, we need something to go our way similar to (both?) Newcastle goals to get back into this. Needs to happen sharpish too. Don't see us playing our way back into this. Unless Neto or Sarabia does something outrageous of course.

    Newcastle (A) 2/3: Build-Up & Match Thread

I felt we were the better team till they scored which was a little fortunate, the second goal knocked the stuffing out of us for the rest of the half really. Long way back from there, especially given the front three and lack of options on the bench.

He looked decent enough on his debut as I recall. Haven't seen much from him since.

    O'Neil aka GONe

I think we like him because he's winning games personally. Not sure his communication style would be quite so endearing if we were in the bottom three.

Im putting this down to the Rastafarian old hoborn. Stunning away performance.

    Wolves 0-2 Brentford: Verdict Thread

So that he (Doc) can receive the ball by the touchline, pass it back to same player and then run in the general direction of the 18 yard box while pointing. Glorious. No idea what that substitution was all about.

The January 2024 "Will we actually sign a striker or just Che Adams/Kieffer Moore" Transfer Thread

Well we hit the periphery of that inside four years but then fell back again because its near as damn it impossible for a club like wolves to sustain that. Wolves have a natural level, we are at that level. We have followed football long enough to know this, that's what forms my expectation...
