    Fulham 1-4 Wolves: Verdict Thread

Yes of course. Should have been 5-2 though, Bellegarde missed an easy chance :) On him, I had a go at him at HT as he wasn't doing anything in either direction. Much much better second half and played a decent role in Joao's goal.

Been quietly a bit crap for ages now relative to spend/reputation. Since 10 March: P22 W8 D7 L7 Just stock mid-table form, nothing more.

That was a mightily impressive second half. Easily the best we've played in about 9 months. Fully deserved the win in the end. Pretty sure we were all having kittens about our defensive line up but Sa has had virtually nothing to do. We actually looked fairly untroubled, though of course Raul...

Sarabia isn't on the bench. Strange game. Both sides very very poor in possession at times. We don't look particularly great defensively yet Sa hasn't made a save yet. Raul should obviously bury his chance and it's poor at various points from RAN and André on their goal. Why don't I bet...

And you can't run a club like that. We also spent £10m on a 31 year old goalkeeper (32 in March) who can't get in the team.

We needed an extra CH more than we needed another defensive midfielder or having about 8 wide options in the squad.

My guess: -----------------Sa---------------- ------Semedo----Toti---Ait-Nouri----- R Gomes---J Gomes--André---Lemina---Bellegarde -------------Cunha-----Strand Larsen--------------- RAN has played LCH for Algeria, we stuck Bellegarde more or less at LB/LWB in a game recently when he came...

That's not luck is it, that's what they are. Luck would be a team randomly playing miles worse than they normally do, just against us as a one off. Southampton always play like that.

I wouldn't say we were lucky against Southampton. It's definitely a foul on Semedo and thereafter they offered nothing. Was game over at 2-0. We weren't great, they were largely awful because their manager is a complete clown and they don't have many good players for this level.

Lop probably won't be there if he loses the next two. That's all the talk from the well connected journos.

Unless we get properly thumped tomorrow (like a repeat of the 2012 game down there) he won't get sacked. Even then I'd have my doubts. I reckon he's fairly secure until West Ham. If we don't win any of those four games then he might go. We aren't trigger happy. Look at the rope Lage got.
