‘Manages’ is stretching it when it comes to Wolverhampton Homes. They’re fucking atrocious. Or at least they were years ago.

I’ve no idea on either account, given the location though I’m pretty sure Wolverhampton Council couldn’t turn down the application. I know a lot of round here is private now but there are still a fair few council properties, how many are available is another matter altogether.
