As said on the SAD thread, enable MFA on your email account at the very least. Both Google and Microsoft have authenticator apps that will work offline if you struggle to receive SMS codes

Any other account that is linked to your work email is compromised as soon as your Microsoft365 account is. Be it your HR portal, your payroll provider, salary sacrifice schemes etc - real life chance your wages end up elsewhere.
