I agree. A bit clunky but that's often the way with the first episodes. Series 2 of The End of the Fucking World started last night. Great first episode.

This always amuses me about elections. Incumbent governments always have to run a campaign which basically says "everything is shit, we'll make it better" conveniently ignoring the fact that they've been in charge while things have been going to shit. This applies this time around more than ever.

I'm not saying leavers' fears/reasons/justifications are based on anything resembling reality.

Absolutely nothing, which is why their fears are unfounded. But I think this is what lies behind the talk of sovereignty and control.
