It does make you wonder if these people ever saw the years of Doherty in a flat back four.
I'd have Denis Irwin back first. Hell, I'd seriously consider Zico Palmer as an alternative, and he's got to be in his 70s by now.
Terrifying accident for Simon Pagenaud in IndyCar practice - complete brake failure led to him launching over the grass, landing in the gravel trap and rolling probably 8 or 9 times. It's one of the scariest bits of footage I've seen for a long time.
Fortunately he walked away from it during a...
Yes, they made it into a load of FA Cup semi-finals back in 18-whatever before the Scottish FA Cup was a thing.
Going to a Queens Park game at Hampden is an experience everyone should have once. It's wierd, although you do have to be careful because they often play at Little Hampden next door.
The 1982 race had an amazing few laps, where there were four or five different leaders, and about eight different drivers could have won but threw it away.
Eventually Patrese won despite beaching and stalling at Loews a couple of laps before the end.
It was pretty tedious before then though!
To be fair, the Guess and Stir stopped being an actual newspaper a very long time ago. Whatever they can do to stir up trouble (whether it's Wolves or the city more generally) they do.
Endless negative spin on everything just to wind people up. They're basically printed clickbait these days.
They're both incredibly highly rated by Seattle as the best youth prospects for many years.
They've both been in and around the first team for a couple of years now.
I'd be all up for taking a closer look.
According to the Major Towns and Cities dataset, perhaps surprisingly over half of the largest 20 cities in England and Wales have only one PL/EFL club:
Leeds
Leicester
Bradford
Cardiff
Coventry
Hull
Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Plymouth
Derby
Southampton
Reading
Wolverhampton
Trophy successfully retained, meaning that despite missing out on another league title on goal difference, there's something to show for another excellent season.
Final score was 3-0, with the third from Jade Cross in addition to Amber's first half double.
I do have to wonder if that's the...
IMSA's basically the US version of WEC; and cars are generally the same for both. I can't find 6 hours at a time to follow WEC properly (other than Le Mans), but IMSA's shorter races fit into my available time much better.
If people are getting bored with F1 but still want to enjoy racing, then I'd recommend trying out IndyCar (still on Sky Sports F1), or IMSA (which streams live on its website, and releases full race re-runs on YouTube about three days later).
In IndyCar (which isn't just ovals...), any one of...
Yeah, from now all three teams need to take maximum points to overtake us, and West Ham need to take at least 7 points from 4 games at the same time. Any dropped points at all from any one of Everton, Forest or Leicester and it's mathematically done. Leeds and Southampton can't catch us...
Or Jordan Graham doesn't refuse to play at RWB.
Whilst we all rightly laud Nuno for Doc's improvement in that bespoke role, he was clearly third choice at best.
No, but we actually went bust. Twice.
Whilst Everton have done various financial shenanigans, and clearly deserve to be relegated for that, it's what comes next that I don't want to see happen to anyone. It's why I'll happily lay rivalry aside and support the Albion fans with their protests...
