IMO most of England's problems have stemmed from poor Captaincy and poor selection esp. batters. People trying to knock the cover off every ball in a 50 over match, whatever the conditions was brainless. Ironically our most aggressive batsman, Stokes, showed how it should be done in his last...

Wolves 2-2 Newcastle Utd: Verdict Thread

Watched ref watch on Sky and they all agreed it wasn't a penalty for Newcastle, and it was the worst decision of the weekend. Done over again by VAR.

FFS Why is that not a forward pass by Argentina? TMO even looked at it, but not given. On replay it's shown as definitely forward. We need to involve Arundell in the 2nd half.

It depends how you prepare the players to gel with one another for their match. They are probably just reminding the player coming on what they want from them.

Don't agree with this but you're entitled to your opinion. SA started their shenanigans in the scrum towards the closing stages of the match because otherwise they were going to lose. O'Keefe, who is well known to SA, fell for it and gave them penalty after penalty. They won't get away with it...

It was a great effort by England, shame the match was won by a team that cheated. There were complaints about this ref last week, and it's obvious IMO that he was duped by the SA scrums who were not scrummaging straight and were taking a half-step to the left on contact in the scrums. The...

Looks like Smith won't be available for selection due to the battering he got from the Fijians. Thanks for your protection Reynaul? SA side is unchanged from match v France

Am I the only one who thought the ref. (Raynaud?) in the England/Fiji game was below par. He let far too much go unchallenged esp in the second half. Fiji's last try, was from a forward pass and shouldn't have stood plus lots of fists used by the Fijians. They were a different side once their...

Wales have made great strides in the last few weeks, but their replacements are not good enough. Argentina had experience to call on and it made the difference.

What a fantastic game Fiji v Portugal. Portugal win 24 - 23: their first ever win at the Rugby World Cup Fiji get through to the Quarter final and send the Aussies home on head to head result.

Welcome to Wolves - Jean-Ricner Bellegarde

He obviously has a certain level of fitness, but IMO, he doesn't yet have a '90 minute Premier League' level of fitness. When he does, I agree with Pavlos, that he will be a very, very useful player for us.
