Last night, after I had put the dinner in the oven, I sat down, put the Man U / Real match on mute and switched on the radio to listen to the commentary for our match. I then picked up my ipad and started casually reading through the commentary thread.
And it was a good fucking job I did...
In a way, the new Muse album is better than I expected. I think that some of the songs are as good as they have produced in a fair few years - even though they're not as heavy as I would ideally like.
On the other hand, some of the songs are the sort of rock opera shite that has done so much...
Agreed. I saw them twice in the good old days. They've since become a parody of themselves. I've ordered the new album though, so am interested to hear if they've continued the downward spiral. I thought their Olympics song was shockingly bad, so I don't hold out much hope.
They need to fuck...
Just another way to rip you off! I've bought "print at home" tickets before on Ticketmaster, but, if you use Midlands Box Office, you can at least avoid a postage fee by picking the tickets up yourself.
As lemonjelly says, the only way to avoid all the add-ons is to do it the old fashioned way...

In the panel's report, they released an internal cabinet memo on which Thatcher had handwritten the following against a bit in which it was stated that Douglas...
The evidence presented in the report shows "conclusively" that the fans "neither caused nor contributed to the deaths". Seems pretty clear cut to me. What makes you disagree with this?
Indeed. There's less of the eggy aroma in the Enville White though. Which is why it's my favourite of the Enville Ales.
For those who may be interested, there's an Enville Brewery beer festival at the Summerhouse on the Newhampton Rd. next weekend.

I'm reading The Iliad at the moment. It's something that I have always wanted to read, but, until now, never quite got round to. I must admit, although there's quite a bit of repetition, it's much more readable than I imagined it would be.
