Wolves are SOLD and Darlo finally has smooth thighs!

I can't see much of a future for Kevin Thelwell. Having seen Conor Coady and Tommy Rowe, I'd say that's a good thing.

Wolves are SOLD and Darlo finally has smooth thighs!

Great news. Morgan and Moxey should be allowed to start up front v Rotherham as a farewell gesture.

Wolves are for sale and Darlo wants some smooth thighs

Ownership issues aside, I'm trying to work out why we let three strikers leave this summer without any replacements. Our squad now seems to have 10 midfielders for 3-4 places, and 1 striker for 2 places.

Wolves are for sale and Darlo wants some smooth thighs

Strange times. A billionaire about to take over. And a win at Crewe. Li likes the high life - Shanghai, Milan. Hopefully, someone told him that the New York Stadium is in Rotherham, not NYC.

    Summer 2016 Window Thread

This is the most bizarre rumour I've ever heard. It's like someone saying there's a months waiting list for a Porsche 911, so I'll get a Hyundai Getz instead.

Wolves are for sale and Darlo wants some smooth thighs

I remember seeing Leicester kit at Bangkok airport three years ago, and thinking how naff it was. Not now ! Hopefully, the same will happen at the Shanghai International airport with the Wolves.

    The Squad 2016/17

It amazes me that our defence is rubbish yet Premiership clubs want to pay big money for Iorfa and Hause. Nice lads, but I'll gladly help them with their packing.

    Summer 2016 Window Thread

I was all in favour of us buying promising lower league players. Until it turned out that they were all rubbish. We could certainly do with an ex Premiership midfielder. And cut the multiple of zero impact squad players we seem to carry in midfield. Only when we get a settled Ince Rae Cameron...

    General Wolves News

I read Jackett's BS in the Express & Star about needing more strikers. But strikers can't score goals if they don't get chances. Our strikers get fed on scraps. And have to play alone up front.

Call on the Eagle to stop the rot

Eddie Edwards is back in the news with his new film. Let's not forget that he is a massive Wolves fan too. We should have signed Chris Eagles and didn't. Maybe it time to bring another Eagle into the fold. Let's face it, he can't do worse than the current shower.

Welcome to Wolves - Jeremy Helan

Well, Peter Osgood and Micky Droy would be cheaper. But not as effective. I guess the point I am making is that, ever since Kightly, which is a long time ago, our lower league signings have been shite.

Welcome to Wolves - Jeremy Helan

Why do we keep signing rubbish ? Will this Helan really be any better than Docherty, Byrne, or Golbourne ? Just like Wallace, Coady, and Rowe have been no better than Price. Or Holt any better than a youth team player. As always we need quality, not quantity. Yes, we have to pray that they keep...

Are we missing Dangerous Dave ?

We are missing Edwards like missing toothache. Not his fault, but he should never be in a starting 11. But always worth a place on the bench for his late darting runs into the box. My perception is that we rarely win a game when he starts it.

Ex-players/managers you admire(d) and miss the most

We were lucky to have had John Richards and Steve Bull. Richards was pure class, Bull was a machine. Andy Gray was our biggest signing. A very exciting player. When he was injured in the replay of the FA Cup semi v Spurs, we were done. The best header of the ball I have ever seen.

BHA 0 - Wolves 1 The highway robbery verdict thread

Good win, but why do we have to defend so deep ? And why not another striker up front to keep Afobe company ? Jackett has probably taken 5 mil off Afobe's transfer value by leaving him alone upfront. Pity, because unlike Doyle, he could actually score goals.

    Boukari

Apparently, his nickname at the club was " Lucky" :rage:
