    The Summer 2024 Transfer Thread.

Boubacar out on loan? (Pure speculation) Brownhill offers more of a goal threat around the box too, something we occasionally lack in open play. Good lad and leader by all accounts.

Been told tonight Hobbs and the agent of a certain Burnley midfield player (out of contract soon) have had a couple of meetings…

Yuri Alberto and Broja still right at the top of our shortlist for new striker signing.

One thing I’m not pal is naive.

    The Summer 2024 Transfer Thread.

From what I’ve been told we’re looking for two no.9’s and a wide creative player (if/when Neto goes) to bolster the attacking options this summer.

Sargent still very fancied but his price and availability will obviously depend on whether Norwich go up or stay down. Sinclair Armstrong another being heavily tracked.

    The Summer 2024 Transfer Thread.

Who knows if he would be a success after a tough time when he first came but he’s definitely catching the eye now. Only 23, he’s benefitting from being the first choice number 9, after Pukki finally moved on, and has really strengthened up with a good presence about him. It’s only an interest...

and you decided to mention other players just because they’ve scored goals, thinking we’d be interested in them aswell? A bit bizarre.

Where have I said that? There’s more to being a PL striker than goals, judge each individual on what they’d bring to the team.

The January 2024 "Will we actually sign a striker or just Che Adams/Kieffer Moore" Transfer Thread

He’s a good physical presence now and much more upto speed in this country. Had his injuries but I think he’ll prove to be PL standard moving forwards. Good age too.

The January 2024 "Will we actually sign a striker or just Che Adams/Kieffer Moore" Transfer Thread

Ings is possible but would only be a short loan for the rest of the season and give Hwang some competition. Obviously we want a main target in but, unless it’s a loan with an option, that won’t happen this month. We’ll look for a long term striker signing in the summer window most probably.

He’s developed a lot since his first season over here.

Josh Sargent is one we are tracking ahead of the summer window.

    Wolves 3-0 Everton: Verdict Thread

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the fitness of the playing squad is also much improved now, enabling us to play a more intense pressing game. Those early games in the season (when many of you were so critical) we often struggled in second halves to maintain our performances. Kudos to...

Wolves 2-2 Newcastle Utd: Verdict Thread

I could argue he kept up a side that had no right to stay up last season, in his first spell as a first team manager. Very decent achievement. Guilty of being too aggressive early on at times but still getting to know the squad and the team was clearly flagging after 60/70 mins in those opening...
