Having experienced the start of Thatcherism 2 years after I left school my judgement may be a bit coloured but I don't see any closeness from the other parties.
FFS don't get me started on Thatcher.
Bloody Trysull Tigers indeed, one of their teams played in the Telford junior league. My youngest played against them for a few seasons, they had a reputation of approaching good players from other teams and trying to poach them. Bit them in arse in the end as when they got to u13/14 loads of...
We're very different people, after such an appalling season, winning, especially against Villa and playing pretty well second half makes me very happy.
Delicious.
Both teams were pretty shit first half, Villa slightly less.
Thought we were genuinely decent for most of the second. First goal was lovely if a little fortunate with Armstrongs touch.
After slagging Tchatchoua off for the whole of the first half he was pretty good, in fact better...
Does it really make it that much more likely we concede with Gomes, I don't think so, Tchatchoua is terrible defendisely, no better that Rodrigo imo and you do get the chance of at least some attacking from him.
I don't know what Edwards is trying to prove keep picking Tchatchoua, are we missing something? I get rotation during the current run of games but surely this is the third game on the bounce?
Not sure, I think a 'big' name who has been successful as mayor would have pulled quite a few traditional Labour voters back from the edge. Starmer is a pariah currently and colouring everyrhing to do with Labour.
