How much is going to change if Shi is still in charge of Fosun Sports Group which includes Wolves?
I know that official reporting lines aren't as strictly followed as people imagine, we can only hope that the new chairman has a channel to Guo bypassing Shi.

I believe the EPL rules state that a club can only have two loanees from other "domestic" clubs. Apparently, the EPL rules don't limit the total number of loanees but there may be a FIFA limit.
Personally, I can't see Shi being prepared to spend enough during the window to attract the experience and quality needed to strengthen the squad. (I think there's no way that we'll avoid relegation).

Fosun have debts of around £45 billion, I would imagine that selling Wolves, even for £500 million, isn't very high up their priorities.
