Basically yes. He wanted to change the whole playing style to a less route one strategu but recognised that he did not have the players. Can’t stand Jones but Charlton are the best placed of the promoted teams fr league one so far- Bertiewolf

In fairness he recognised the squad he had at Luton and changed from his preferred style/formation to what the players were used to. Got them promoted but then had no resources to bring in the type of players he wanted for the premier league- Bertiewolf
