Love the start of these threads with the photos of players who wore both shirts, brings hazy memories back for some of them!
Remember Shane Westley making an awesome goal line clearance in one home game... can't recall the opposition though...
The "average" worries me... reduce the golf stand by 80%... put the rest of the stands up by 20%....
That's what Jeff would do and gaslight everyone in to saying what a great deal it is!
I guess the point is that they're a convenient fall guy/patsy for when things inevitably went tits up... plenty would swallow that bullshit.
And I don't mean just last summer... we've had plenty of useful idiots for the past several transfer windows.
Agree with @Langers.
After the misery of the previous two seasons to just see your team winning, bossing the opposition, bossing the division, it was great and brought some much needed enjoyment back in to supporting the team.
Had some great away days that season 😎
I couldn't tell you how many players I've seen first hand in a Wolves shirt but it has to be many many hundreds over the past 40 years.
Most will stay in the memory for all the right reasons... and all the wrong!
I genuinely couldn't tell you anything about Rob Edwards time wearing the shirt...
So... both feet and all of the feet have to be onside... but head, when the ball is played, can be offside by any margin as humanly possible??
I'm still out...
Yeah... but if you use just the feet argument you'll get absurd instances of the one that someone posted of Raheem Sterling when his heel is onside but he is quite clearly a yard offside!
With Tolu you at the very least will get someone that gives the opposition defenders something to think about, he keeps them busy.
Playing Armstrong alone up top doesn't give you anything. Not fair on Armstrong and it must be pretty miserable for him.
