Non League Football.

I was pleased that Scunthorpe were saved from the brink although I hope that they don’t win on Saturday. What is suspicious is how their Tory MP got £2.5m from the levelling up fund to help purchase the stadium.

I can't read. Yes, 1-0.

Telford should be ripe territory to have a good 4th/5th tier team. Hasn't happened in the last 40 years though so it probably never will.

Living near Telford I actually don’t know anyone who supports them full time. They’re kind of a second club for most with a lot being phoney Liverpool fans etc

I think that's normal for most non league clubs without a FL pedigree. Hednesford have about 300 before the second club fans, Chasetown less than that, Mickleover who Telford beat in the first play off and where I live less still

I worked in Wellington about 8 years ago for a couple of years, there were 8-10 Telford fans there that went every home game, I also knew loads of Telford fans when I lived there. Maybe the support has fallen away since?

Wellington is the oldest part of the area and is where the ground is. I know people who watch them but as said it’s more of a second club. I’m a bit further out so there’s next to none here Shifnal is mainly a Wolves/Villa/Albion town.
