Depends how far back you are talking, Semedo has probably provided value now. Further back Jimenez was an excellent buy, Nunes and Collins weren't great for us but we got more back than we paid for both so even though they weren't good players for Wolves it wasn't bad business in the end.

Which signings came out of the blue? Nearly all of them that I can think of were linked at least a number of weeks before they signed. Seems pretty rare now in the social media age that signings fly under the radar and come out of the blue.
